Itinerary

You will be picked up from your hotel in Agra by a private air-conditioned vehicle and brought to an area near the Taj Mahal.  Upon arrival at the lush green space, you’ll meet your instructor and begin relaxing on the provided yoga mat. From your vantage point, admire the beauty of the Taj Mahal as you regulate your breathing in an attempt to connect body and mind. Your instructor imparts knowledge derived from 5,000 years of yoga practice in India, and gently guides you through poses designed to unify your soul with your consciousness. After one hour of relaxing yoga, you’ll be transferred back to your Agra hotel.
