Sessions start with an introduction which includes history of the games, their revered place in Irish life.
Following the engaging introduction, it’s outside where you’ll partake in gentle team building activities of Gaelic Football, Hurling and Handball. You’ll need flat footwear and a willingness to have fun. Casual clothing is preferable. Bring sporting attire if you’ll get competitive. There is water, tea/coffee available. If you wish to use our on-site dressing rooms/showers, please bring your own towels/toiletries.
