What to Expect When Visiting Sant’Agnello, Campania, Italy
A typical day with a peasant family, savoring typical dishes rediscovering old traditions.
We will live together the daily life of rural life in a scenario completely surrounded by greenery, where we could listen to the sweet song of birds, the smell of blooming flowers, the flavors of our land, and prepare the products with our hands that we will then taste.

We will begin the “tour of the 5 senses” with a nice and warm welcome drink in a panoramic and unique setting of Vesuvius and the Gulf of Naples.
As the first part of the tour we will walk together on a path through the typical terraces of Sorrento, where we grow seasonal products including basil, oregano, rosemary. We will immerse ourselves in a thousand colors and flowers, you can also try a seasonal fruit taken directly from the trees. We will meet the farm animals.
We will make three stops, the first in the vineyard, the second in the lemon and orange terrace and the last in the olive groves area. In each of these areas you will be instructed on the traditional way of making our wine, limoncello and extra virgin olive oil. Obviously a test of each product is a must !!
We will finally reach the main country house, together with Lia and Francesco you will learn how to make mozzarella, typical caciottine, ricotta and the famous Caciocavallo.
Last but not least, you will make your pizza with your own hands, cook it in the traditional wood-burning oven and we will all enjoy lunch with the pizza you made, the company’s products, including wine.
