Ciao I’m Terry and mine is a hands on cooking class, where you eat what you make…

At the arrival there will be a welcome drink before starting the “hard work”.
We’ll make 4 courses, starting from scratch and in between there will be wine breaks, as I believe it’s so important to socialize with the others.
We’ll make fresh pasta, sorrentine meatballs or eggplant/aubergine parmigiana, mozzarella in lemon leaves, lemon/classic tiramisu.I’ll show you every step, then lunch/dinner in the beautiful garden or inside. we are the only ones in the center to have a garden where to relax
Mineral water, red/white wine, limoncello.

We have different menus, and no problem if you are vegetarian or celiac, I will take care of you.
We have wide colorful spaces inside a fully equipped professional kitchen.

If you like good wines we have a wide selection to choose, besides the included one.

And why don’t add a mozzarella show, to see how we make it!
Something you can book with or without cooking class.

• Eggplant/aubergine rolls – fried thin slices of eggplant filled with mozzarella cheese, basil, parmisan and tomato sauce, then baked in the owen. Wonderful
• Fresh pasta with neapolitan ragù – Fresh egg pasta with astrong tomato sauce, cooked on a simmer for about 6 hrs…
• Sorrentine meatballs – Beef meatballs with many “secret ingredients”, to make them the softest ever had… you shoud try them
• Lemon tiramisu – Forget the classic tiramisu, this is fresher, lighter and tasitier
