I will welcome you in live streaming to illustrate the secrets for the preparation of the pizza dough. together we will also prepare excellent bread and the famous fried calzoni to be enjoyed for dinner or as an aperitif with friends.
(the lesson will take place in the morning by calculating the times for the leavening for which we cook in the morning but you can enjoy it for dinner. In case I can add a further explanation in the afternoon to help you cook pizza in the oven.)

• fried calzones – we can maked a fried calzones with tomato, mozzarella, salame or with more option…with vegetable
• pizza – we maked a traditional pizza with tomato and mozzarella and basil but you can add more ingredients
• bread – with the same dough I will explain how to prepare excellent bread for the next day. we can also add other ingredients in the dough
