At 10:30 am I arrive at the Agriturismo “Il Tintore”. Greetings and a small welcome drink. Then delivery of the baskets that will be used for the collection of seasonal products directly in the garden. At the end what was collected is taken to the kitchen and preparation begins.

This cooking course has been designed to give guests the opportunity to experience an experiential journey through the excellence of our territory.

First of all it is explained how do pasta by hand (Lemon Tagliatelle) with the details of the quantity of ingredients and then proceed to the dough. Guests will become the protagonists of dishes whose basic ingredient will be the Lemon at the end of the preparation TUTTI A TAVOLA ….

Chef Raffaella will welcome you to Agriturismo Il Tintore, a unique, intimate and familiar location, surrounded by the charming Tramonti valley, you will cook typical dishes of the Campania tradition.

There are many products from our land that make our cuisine special and among these there is lemon. The desire to pass on the recipes of our cuisine enriched by the beneficial properties of our Sfusato were there to start this Cooking Class project based on the Mediterranean diet with typical dishes in which our lemon is one of the main ingredients.

From first course to dessert, you will have to try your hand at preparing all courses, because you know, our motto is “If you don’t cook, you don’t eat!”. We do not offer you a simple cooking class, but an experience to fully enjoy the flavors and aromas of our beloved Amalfi Coast and spend time in joy.
