We walk around the old downtown stopping in meat market to taste some mortadella, we go to a pizza place..I’ll take you to the shop where Tortellino was invented..a tasting of parmesan and pecorino cheese … we visit the oldest osteria in Italy since 1465 where we get a glass of wine … getting dessert and gelato …. and more secrets !!
