You will spend time in Piazza Navona where there is the old church of St. Agnes and Gian Lorenzo Bernini’s stunning Fountain of the Four Rivers, designed by him in 1651 for Pope Innocent X. The square was built over the ruins of the Emperor stadium that once held up to 30,000 spectators.
