Our 24/7 operative staff offer all the support necessary to satisfy the passenger’s requests. All bookings are constantly monitored to ensure that the transfer between the cities is made with success.
To guarantee a successful transfer, for the reservation are required the following details:
– Name of the main passenger, active phone number and email address,
– Pick up time and date requested,
– Pick up point (Hotel or full private address in Rome or Fiuggi)
– Number of passengers and luggages. Luggages of particular dimensions, eg. wheelchair, sport equipments, music instruments, stroller etc., must be indicated in the reservation.
– Vehicle type (Sedan 1-2 pax, Minivan 3-8 pax).
IMPORTANT:
The waiting time on both transfers is 30 minutes. Once the waiting time is over and we do not receive any information from the clients, the driver will leave. In this case there will be no refund for the clients.
