Our 24 hour operative staff offers all the support necessary to satisfy the passenger’s requests. All bookings are constantly monitored to ensure that the transfer between the cities is made with success.
To guarantee a successful transfer, for the reservation are required the following details:
– Name of the main passenger, active phone number and email address,
– Pick up time and date requested,
– Pick up address (Hotel or full private address in Rome or Salerno)
– Drop off address (Hotel or full private address in Rome or Salerno)
– Number of passengers and luggage. Luggage of particular dimensions, eg. wheelchair, sport equipment, music instruments, stroller etc., must be specified in the reservation.
– Vehicle type (Sedan 1-2 pax, Minivan 3-8 pax).
IMPORTANT:
The waiting time on both transfers is 30 minutes. Once the waiting time is over and we do not receive any information from the clients, the driver will leave. In this case there will be no refund for the clients.
