Did you know that Testaccio market was born in the early 1900 for the workers of the nearby railway station Ostiense and those of the Mattatoio ( the cattle market)? Discover by doing it that fresh pasta is absolutely easy, quick and fun to make, our expert will teach you how to knead the flour to create the dough, how to use a rolling pin and cut the right size to shape the most traditional Roman pasta: Tonnarelli. Mix sheep cheese and pepper to prepare the delicious Cacio e Pepe sauce, prepared with few simple and genuine ingredients.
