With this cooking class, The first people that book the class can choose the recipes to cook .In three hours lesson with chef Aurora you will learn the real italian cuisine: not only the pizza and tiramisu sample menu but a lot of different recipes from all over Italy that you will be proud to do again at home. The dinner will be with all your masterpieces, good company, and great Italian wine. You will receive all the recipes in English.

A cooking class of four recipes of your choice (if you are the first one to book that day) and then dinner or lunch with good Italian wine. Chef Aurora will send you a list of recipes from all over the Italian culinary traditions. Vegetarian and gluten-free also. Not only fresh pasta and pizza: discover what Italians do with zucchini flowers, eggplants, and other veggies. Then lamb, ossobuco veal and scaloppini, fish and the most famous desserts: tiramisu, Sicilian cannoli,panna cotta and more. In two and half time we will cook and then chef Aurora will serve you all your masterpieces. After ten years of cooking classes, people from all over the world sat down around the dinner table of chef Aurora to enjoy the company of other travelers like you for a special evening.

Sample Menu

• tagliatelle with bolognese sauce or ravioli or gnocchi – Fresh egg pasta hand-made topped with bolognese meat sauce Ravioli filled with pumpkin or ricotta and spinaches. Potatoes gnocchi all hand made
• parmigiana eggplants or zucchini flowers – sliced eggplants breaded and fried and cooked again in the oven with mozzarella, basil and tomatoes sauce. Flower filled with mozzarella and fried
• lamb in romans style or cod fish from Venice – lamb cooked with wine, garlic, and anchovy the typical Easter recipes in Roma. Codfish cooked in milk and onion and then creamed to spread on polenta
• tiramisu or panna cotta with strawberry or sicilian cannoli – Famous mascarpone and coffee dessert tiramisu. Panna cotta with fresh cream and strawberry. Make the tube for cannoli and fill it with sheep ricotta
• Bruschetta – typical Italian toasted bread topped with tomatoes, garlic basil, and anchovies
• Pizza or panzerotti – Knead pizza, topped with different kinds of ingredients. Panzerotti is folded like a pocket, filled with mozzarella and tomatoes not baked
but fried
• Meat lasagna or vegetarian lasagna – one of the most famous dishes that we can do with white sauce and bolognese sauce or green beans and pesto for a new vegetarian version
• Risotto with ossobuco or lemon veal scaloppini – The most famous Milano recipe is rice with saffron and veal ossobuco: a steak with bone and marrow from the veal leg
• Caprese cake – Only almonds, egg, and cocoa powder for this baked cake from Capri. A great gluten-free dessert
