We are on one of the most beautiful hills of Monferrato: in autumn the explosion of colors in all scales of red, yellow and orange with the extraordinary foliage that inflames nature; in winter where quiet reigns and the mist cloaks the landscape with the wood that burns in the fireplaces; in spring where the vines sprout and nature blossoms; in summer when the berries turn brown and take on flavor: the harvest begins!

We will walk in nature in the splendid landscape of Monferrato, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, we will travel along country paths that wind through the hills, among fields, groves, beautiful vineyards and paved roads that will lead us to magnificent observation points. We will tell you stories and anecdotes of the area millions of years ago washed by the sea, we will cross one of the most beautiful villages in Italy with its characteristic houses. During the walk we will tell you about the truffle, a prized mushroom, one of the symbols of autumn and of the harvesting technique of truffle hunters, specialized researchers, and of its land, where we are, Piedmont, the most important truffle production area in Italy. White. We will walk immersed in the landscape that winds through the hills and that will make us meet land art among the vineyards. A unique ecosystem, where projects to safeguard and enhance local biodiversity are underway.
