You will be able to enjoy spectacular views over the peaks of the watershed with France, as well as immerse yourself in a nature that is sometimes wild and sometimes shaped by centuries of human use. The local guide will also allow you to get to know little-known corners, stories and traditions of the places you will pass through.
Possible sightings of alpine wildlife: ibex, marmots, chamois and with a little luck the bearded vulture.
For those who have a bit of training with 2-3 hours of walking you can reach the Gastaldi refuge at 2659 m where you can use the restaurant or continue along its paths that lead to the lake of the Rossa.
In a couple of hours you return to the starting point

The plateau is surrounded on three sides by high mountains, some of which are above 3500m.

From the refuge there is a fantastic view of the vertical walls of the Uja di Bessanese.
You can have lunch at the refuge or continue walking on the paths around.
