-Can you breathe underwater?
Well yes, through the SCBA, we are able to breathe freely with an average autonomy of about 1 hour (depending on how hungry you are for air), at a depth of 5 meters.
-What is ARA?
The air breathing apparatus is a set of equipment: cylinder, regulators (underwater snorkel) and Jacket (a jacket that allows us to float underwater)
-Where does the activity take place?

The Marine Protected Area of Capo Carbonara extends from Capo Boi to the island of Serpentara, but its heart is located on the Isola dei Cavoli where zones A are located (only divers are allowed access) and B or those rich in marine life.
Obviously they are not the only points where marine flora and fauna are in abundance, in fact, based on the marine weather conditions, you can dive at the rock of S. Caterina or Cava Usai.

Itinerary
Have you ever tried to breathe underwater? No? Well, this is the right opportunity.
Immerse yourself with our guides in the Marine Protected Area of Capo Carbonara and you will live a unique experience.
You will be able to observe a great variety of marine species: from plants (hydrophytes) such as Posidonia Oceanica to larger fish such as Grouper (Epinephelus marginatus), passing through the small and magical Damselfish (Chromis chromis) and the fearsome, but harmless, Barracuda (Sphyraena viridensis).
The experience begins with a short theoretical lesson by our guides who will instruct on the use of the ARA equipment (Self-contained breathing apparatus) and on diving techniques.
Afterwards, a test in shallow water will be made from the shore to Spiaggia del Riso and in the afternoon the real boat experience will be held in the heart of our beautiful AMP.
At that point, with the knowledge provided by the guides, a real dive lasting 30 minutes will be carried out at a maximum depth of 5 meters !!
At the end of the activity, a Try Scuba Diving patent will be issued with the respective certificate.
