Food tasting & Typical Sicilian Lunch
The Farm is located on the hills of Montevago in the Western Coast of Agrigento. There we have an Old Country house situated in the midle of the olive grove, from where you can have a great view of the valley and of the ruins of the old town.
We will visit the olive grove and take a walk inside of it, talking about the cultivation of the trees and of quality controls. Simulation of Harvesting methods.
After we will go inside the old country house where we will have a professional olive oil tasting and talk about technical Features of olive oil and bottle labels.
Summary of the Olive Oil Experience:
