Pick-up at the station, you will reach Florence city center in a few minutes onboard our modern, clean, air-conditioned vehicles. All our drivers are fluent English speaking, so they can introduce Florence at its best. Onboard a complimentary bottle of water will be at your disposal.
Hotels or address to reach must be located inside the town.
The baggage allowance is 1 big suitcase per person plus your hand luggage. In case of a larger number of suitcases that cannot be accommodated inside the car, the driver can refuse the service, making clear that the service will be charged anyway.
Exceptionally in the case of hotels located in very narrow streets, the driver will drop off passengers at the closest point.
It is extremely important to exit as soon as you can once arrived or in case of delay to call or text your driver to let him know you’ve arrived.
