After checking that everything is in order to start your class via skype, we will start the vegetarian course.
My list of traditional Italian recipes is really long so together we will decide the menu.
Savory pies, special recipes with mushrooms, with aubergines with tomatoes or courgettes or other vegetables at your choice and then again fresh pasta with vegetables, soufles … stuffed vegetables as well as viagrets for your salads.
“fast” class (1 hour 30 min) or an “intensive” (2 hours 30 min)
Chef Vary will follow you as if she were in your kitchen, you will be free to ask any questions, you can ask to redo the steps or stop to get even more detailed information.
We can support max 2 connections and no more than 4 guests per each connection

The class will have a menu that we previously decided together
You will have ready-made ingredients and tools as planned with the chef
We start to prepare and it will be so easy to follow, ask questions, stop, show your progress that you will seem to have the chef in your kitchen.
Whether you have chosen the fast or intensive course, your dishes will be very good!
If anything needs to be purchased, you can choose to do so, or I will tailor the recipe to the items you have on hand!

• Stuffed Vegetables – Tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant, sfuffed with rice, quinoa or many other vegetables
• Bruchette – hundreds of variant
• Bread or flat bread – we make from scratch bread and focaccia
• eggplant parmigiana – A classic from Sicily
• Bread soups from Tuscany – Pappa al pomodoro, Ribollita and Panazanella. If you’re been in Italy you know how are amazing…if you’re not is the moment to try!
