At this family-run winery situated at the base of the hilly Montalcino, you will get immersed into the Italian art of cooking and drinking. You are going to explore the entire estate, tour the vineyards and wine cellars and understand the production process of Brunello.

At this beautiful farmhouse, you will learn how to cook a complete menu, from appetizer to dessert, using only the freshest seasonal ingredients, the majority of which come from the area of Montalcino! To offer you a sneak peek, you will learn how to make bruschetta, three types of pasta and accompanying sauces and cantuccini.

At lunch you will serve, alongside other dishes, what you have previously cooked. The whole experience will be wrapped up with a complex wine tasting that includes remarkable and praised wines. Additionally, you will get to taste extra-virgin olive oil, as this is another appreciated product of the winery.

The number of wine producers has grown from only 11 in the 1960s to more than 200 today.
