What to Expect When Visiting Florence, Tuscany, Italy
You will have the chance to visit one of the most important truffle companies in Tuscany which has been a leader in its field for four generations.
The truffle hunt begins in the mid morning in Forcoli. You will follow the hunter and his dog into the wood, so you can get a first-hand look at a truffle dog sniffing out truffles and the hunter gently removing the soil to unearth these aromatic culinary treasures. After the hunt you will be able to savour a four course truffle lunch. Before heading back you will also have the opportunity to purchase the truffle products made on site. This could be a once-in-a-lifetime experience, so please join us!!!
