To book your transfer with us from Civitavecchia Port to Orbetello and vice versa are required the following information:
For the transfer from Civitavecchia Port:
– Name of the main passenger, active phone number and email address,
– Name of the ship,
– Pick up time and date,
– Destination address (name of the hotel or the full private accommodation address in Orbetello)
– Number of passengers traveling and luggages (luggages of special dimensions like wheelchair, stroller, sport equipments, musical instrument etc. must be indicated in the reservation),
– Vehicle type (Sedan 1-2 pax, Minivan 3-8 pax).
For the transfer from Orgetello:
– Pick up time and date of the transfer,
– Pick up address (name of the hotel or full private accommodation address)

IMPORTANT:
The waiting time at the Civitavecchia Port and at Orbetello is 30 minutes from the time indicated in the reservation. Once the waiting time is over and we do not receive any information from the clients, the driver will leave. In this case there will be no refund for the clients.
