PG Trip Overview

The cooking classes take place in the kitchen of Città della Pieve.

For the classes we will use only fresh, seasonal, and local products. The lessons include the preparation of 2 kinds of pasta (tagliatelle and ravioli), or gnocchi, 2 sauces (tomatoes and sages sauces or pesto) and a dessert.

The garden of my home overlooks one of the most beautiful panoramas in Umbria: the Tuscan hills with Mount Cetona. Here, by mid -morning, I offer you a snack (bruschetta or other) with a glass of wine.

I know you will learn how to make pasta (with love!), Ravioli and different kinds of pasta.

And you will understand how to make such exquisite desserts as tiramisu and panna cotta, and know the secrets for making a perfect Italian sauce. At the end, for lunch, we eat together what we made. Water, white and red wine for all!

Umbrian house and learn the art of making Italian pasta from scratch. In a little group of max 8 people I teach you the secret of traditional food: knead the dough for pasta or gnocchi, prepare sauces, and exquisite dessert like tiramisu or panna cotta or cassata. I eat the basic secrets of food design and presentation.
