Upon arrival to Jamaica, when exiting the customs department of the Norman Manley International Airport, make your way to the arrivals exit area. A friendly representative bearing a sign with your name outside the arrivals exit will be there to meet and greet you before checking you in for your transfer. Simply show a copy of your confirmation voucher (printed or electronic) and within a few minutes, you will be escorted to your vehicle and driver who will take great care of you on your way to your hotel.

For your departure/return transfer, a friendly representative will be there to greet you and check you in for your transfer at your hotel lobby.
