Stop At: Gifu Shoho-ji Temple Daibutsu (Great Buddha), 8 Daibutsucho, Gifu 500-8018 Gifu Prefecture

One of the three major Buddha statues in Japan, with a distinctive expression that is both gentle and dignified. Its height is 13.7m and you will be overwhelmed! The point is that it is made with Mino Japanese paper, a traditional craft of Gifu.

Stop At: Mt. Kinka Ropeway, 257 Senjojikishita, Gifu 500-8004 Gifu Prefecture

A ropeway that allows you to rush to the top of Mt. Kinka! From the top of the mountain, you can see the Nagara River and Gifu city! If the weather on the day is clear enough, you can see the city of Nagoya. You can see how stunned Gifu Castle was.

Yanagase Warehouse: This is a building like a Labyrinth where many artists are currently living. There are more than 150 unique shops, such as shops dealing with nostalgic Japanese vintages and fortune-telling.
