Yamadera: A temple towering the steep rocky mountains. After climbing 1015 steps, a beautiful scenary awaits you. It feels as though you are floating in the sky. It is also famous for disminishing bad luck.

Stop At: Takifudo Kisoba, 4359 Yamadera, Yamagata, 999-3301, Japan
It is a local gourmet ‘soba’ shop in Yamagata. Taste soba with fragrant of buckwheat and other fragrants of Yamagata. You can also try a Yamagata specialty from the Edo Period, Ita Soba.
