What to Expect When Visiting Sumida City, Tokyo, Japan

During this handmade udon cooking class, you’ll transform a mixture of flour and water into delicious, chewy udon noodles. First, we will meet at Hikifune Station and walk to our restored traditional Japanese house (there is even a tatami room). Then, we’ll roll up our sleeves and get started.

You will also get to learn to make Japanese omelette. Crispy tempura, and dashi stock.

Souvenir ( You will receive Japanese hand fan with your name written on it in Japanese traditional calligraphy)
