Stop At: Tyre Hippodrome, Tyre Lebanon
Roman Hippodrome: one of the largest and best preserved of its type. Our guide-animator will tell you all about this huge charriot race-track, its function, how charriot races used to happen, who passed by here, and what each component is named. The Hippodrome is “only” the last part of the archeological site that comprises a necropolis, a Roman and a Byzantine road, remains of Byzantine churches, an Arch… So the site has many layers to it for you to learn, enjoy and uncover.
Tyre’s Hippodrome is one of the 5 UNESCO Heritage Sites of the country and one of the unmissable stops that Lebanon has to offer.

Stop At: Tyre Beach, Highway Leading To Sidon Tyre, Sur Lebanon
Chill on a Rock: After Culture, its time to enjoy the cultural landscape of this Phoenician town from a different perspective – with a fisherman who will prepare a fresh and very local lunch on a small rock off of the coast. Enjoy the Mediterranean, the sun, chillax for a unique and personalized day in the sea.

Old Town: Learn more about the history of Tyre, enjoy the charm of its old streets, meet the locals… During the walking tour of the old part of town, we will unfold the stories of the city.

Coffee Break: The last stop of the day will be to just sip a coffee or a beer while enjoying the sunset, just before heading back.
