Kota Kinabalu Trip Overview
0730am from Kota Kinabalu drive to Kiau Village in the foothills of Mt Kinabalu, if the weather is on your side you will be able to enjoy a great view of Mount Kinabalu along the way! At Kiau Village you will meet your local village guide and begin the two hour long hike to the summit of Nuluh Lingion (10KM) or Diba Tittiu Waterfall (12KM).. Along the way, you’ll walk through local farms where you can spot (and taste!) fresh pineapple, jackfruit, wild ginger, bananas and much more. You will then continue your hike through trails of primary forest up to the scenic lookout point.
Enjoy your packed lunch. Weather permitting, you’ll have panoramic views of Mount Kinabalu and it’s waterfalls! After lunch, you’ll have your pick of four routes to descend back to the Kiau Village, all options include steep descents, traversing rivers, and beautiful jungle views. Arrive back at Kiau village in the mid to late. Expected arrival time back in Kota Kinabalu is around 5pm to 6pm

Itinerary
Boundary to Kinabalu Park, a village next to the Park. You will do trekking at assigned trail and experience the surrounding. It is recommended that all guests are physically fit before joining this trip. Trails are challenging and can become vary slippery, especially if you encounter wet conditions.
