Half day activity with road trip & average level trekking to rainforest waterfalls at Kuala Kubu Bharu, one of the oldest British colonial town in Malaysia. Activity will be conducted by English speaking qualified Wilderness Guide. Trip includes hotel pickup and drop-off. Kuala Kubu Baru, or KKB as it is fondly known, is often thought of by travelers as a sleepy town in Selangor, but a closer look into its origins reveals a history that is both enriching and charming. Well known as a mining town in the 18th century, originally located between two tributaries of the Selangor River. Colonial shop houses still make up most of KKB’s architectural landscape, spanning from the 1920s to the 1980s. Enjoy the cool weather as KKB is surrounded by lush trees and tropical jungle.

This trip is ideal for daypack activity out of the city. The walk is the same way in and the same way out. We will be trekking through clear mixed terrain to get to the sheltered summit at 520 meters to reach 3 beautiful vertical waterfalls. We will pass by shaded resting spots along the hike, clean and clear pathway and a good mix of trail. Expect lots and lots of Instagram worthy pictures spots throughout the day. We’re DSLR equipped. Leave the selfie stick behind and let us capture the memories.
Breakfast will include authentic local dishes such as Thosai, Roti Canai, Nasi Lemak, Murtabak and for lunch options will be Chinese Chicken Rice, Indian Curry Dishes and Nasi Kandar. All at carefully, selected restaurants.
