Visit a humble traditional rancho located just 20 miles out of the heart of Cabo San Lucas, where its main income comes trough the harvest of this cactus and goat products.

You will learn about the RANCHERO CALIFORNIO now considered native to Los Cabos and the whole ancestral process of Mexican native cultures; everything since it harvest to its final serving , totally “Farm to Table”.

Don`t forget we are Mexican and we love SALSA (as spicy as you can take it)

Ending up sharing table with our beloved ranchero family at the end of our class.

After meet you up, we’ll travel about 20 minutes north to visit our humble Rancho where the harvest and cooking class will happen.
Start by greeting and feeding our goat friends in the rancho.
You’ll get to meet and greet true native faces of los Cabos area so don’t expect the fancy common facilities as fancy flooring and entry fountains.
Learn about Cabo people by interaction.
Proceed to harvest class and history of our NOPAL cactus and cooking class.
Meal served and shared with our Ranchero Family.
We’ll end up with an interpretive natural beach walk where you’ll learn the importance and uses of our flora and fauna since native times.
Reaching our end to an incredible sea lion colony where we will enjoy the sunset in beautiful Los Cabos.

Sample Menu

• Flour Tortillas – You will learn the traditional Baja flour tortillas recipe and how to do them.
• Mexican Salsa – You will learn the recipe of the restaurants special Mexican salsa of the day and how to cook it.
• Nopales a la mexicana – Elaborated prickly pear cactus served with goat cheese, tortillas and salsa.
