Itinerary
Upon arrival we will go to the trek to some asphalted natural pools where we will then return to the Temazcal to apply a natural mud and start the Temazcal Ritual ceremony where, in the ceremonial fire we will put our intentions with tobacco and Copal offerings following the traditions of our ancestors. Upon entering each participant receives the cleansed of Sacred Copal smoke an ancestral resin occupied from Pre-Hispanic Mexico in ceremonies and rituals as sacred essence.
Upon entering the Temazcal we sit on handcrafted palm petates and once inside we will welcome the Hot Stones (called Grandmothers) so that on them the mixture of Aromatic Herbs are poured to make the medicinal vapor that we will inhale inside the Temazcal . We will do songs, meditation and apply Aloe Vera (Sabila) to help the skin and drink juices to detoxify and help cool a little to maintain hydration. Upon leaving we can bathe with spring water and have a toning tea that will welcome us to a new stage of our life.
Then we will have a Mexican Traditional Typical snack
