What to Expect When Visiting Fes, Fez-Meknès, Morocco
In this fabulous expedition we will travel via some of the most exciting areas to discover the desert of Morocco which will certainly arouse your eagerness to explore the variety of the region’s scenery.
Itinerary
Day 1: Drive from Fez to the Erg Chebbi Dunes ( Sahara Desert )
Stop At: Merzouga Desert, Merzouga Morocco
In the morning your English speaking driver will pick you up from your hotel / guest house to depart in the direction of Merzouga, the doorstep of the Moroccan Sahara.
On your way , you will enjoy the fabulous scenery of the huge cedar forest of Ifrane city where you will see the Barbarous apes.
Also you’re going to have a short expedition around Midelt city.
You will run through Ziz valley as well as the Efous oasis, a mythical space to take pictures.
By the end of the day you will arrive in Merzouga where you spend your first night in a lovely lodging.

Day 2: from the Erg Chebbi Dunes to Fez
Stop At: Merzouga Desert, Merzouga Morocco
Enjoy the unhurried morning.
To explore the surroundings of the wilderness area as the Kasabah of Ressani , your driver will be at your disposal.
You may also see a Gnawa music exihibition.
Later in the afternoon, a nomad guide will be available to take you for an amazing overnight camel trekking .
In the heart of the desert you’re going to witness the loveliness of sunset.
Once you come to your lodgings, your guide will cook your evening meal and lit up the campfire.
Meanwhile , you can relax or climb the sandy hills.
What is more, the whole night will be passed on the area encircled by a comely campfire.
Coming back to Fez.
