Being out in the middle of the Sahara is the very best part of the desert camping in Morocco experience. You can walk to the top of nearby sand dunes and see the desert go on for miles and miles in every direction. It’s very peaceful, and if you wander away from the campsite a little, you’ll find almost complete silence. This is especially powerful at night if you’re lucky enough to have clear skies. The stargazing was like nothing I’ve ever seen before. It’s also what made that trip totally worth it.

Day 1: MARRAKECH

At arrival, assistance and transfer to the hotel. DINNER AND OVERNIGHT.

Day 2: MARRAKECH

BREAKFAST. Sightseeing tour of Marrakech including Menara Gardens, a park of 14 hectares, in whose center is a huge pond of the 12th century, the majestic minaret of the Koutoubia, twin tower of the Giralda in Seville. Visit the Bahia palace, an example of the Muslim Middle Ages, where the ambassadors’ room stands out with its roof in the form of an inverted ship. Souks and the magical place: Jemaa el F´nna Square (People’s Assembly), declared a World Heritage Site. DINNER AND OVERNIGHT.

Day 3: MARRAKECH – ZAGORA –M´HAMID DUNES
Pass By: M’Hamid, M’Hamid, Souss-Massa
BREAKFAST. Departure by 4WD vehicles through the High Atlas mountains via the Tizi´nTichka Coll of 2,660 meters high, discovery of the fascinating verdant Draa valley with its numerous palm groves. Free time for lunch (not included) and continue to Zagora. Famous crossroads and place of departure of most expeditions to the heart of Africa. The famous poster “Tombuctu 52 days from Camel” is at the end of the main street. We cross lunar landscapes to the foothills of the dunes of M´Hamid. Where our dromedaries await us, who will bring us to our camp for 20 minutes. Night under the Bedouin camp. DINNER AND OVERNIGHT

Day 4: M´HAMID- TAMEGROUTE – ALNIF – ERFOUD – MERZOUGA

BREAKFAST. Departure to Tamegroute ,sacred place of Islam, visit an ancient library that collects books of ancient Coran and continue to Al Nif . Free time for lunch, (not included). Afternoon depart to Erfoud ,through the magnificent landscapes of open horizons, at arrival to Merzouga Dunes, night under the Berber camp. DINNER AND OVERNIGHT

Day 5: MERZOUGA – RISSANI-GARGANTAS DEL TODRA – OUARZAZATE

At Sunrise, before the appearance of the first ray of the sun, our staff will awaken you to raise as much as you can to the dunes to receive the first rays in the desert, is a unique and unforgettable experience. TYPICAL BREAKFAST and by Our 4WD depart to Rissani capital of Tafilalet, then continuation through the most beautiful natural places of the trip; The Todra River Gorges. The erosion of its waters has formed a gorge with beautiful vertical walls. Free time for lunch (not included) and then to Kelaa M´Gouna village where excellent roses are grown. Then continue to Ouarzazate. DINNER AND OVERNIGHT

Day 6: OUARZAZATE – KASBAH TAOUIRIRT -KASBAH AIT BEN HADDOU – MARRAKECH

BREAKFAST. Visit of the Kasbah Taourirt which used to be the residence of the Pasha of Marrakech. Visit the interior of the same and the favorites room , then you will discover the gigantic village of Ait Ben Haddou with its famous Kasbah. It has been classified as “World Cultural” heritage Site by UNESCO. Free time for lunch (not included). Afternoon, continuation of the trip back to Marrakech. DINNER AND OVERNIGHT.
