This trip starts in the morning at 8 am to Ouzoud waterfalls (110 meters high), situated in the middle of a surprisingly green area.
To fully enjoy the panorama, it is recommended to take the small path on the left to arrive on the first level. From there, the view is just stunning! There is not only one but six streams crowned with a double rainbow thundering down the rocks in a cloud of droplets. The canvasses of this circus are covered with a green vegetation and sparkling moss under the sun. You can catch a glimpse of the plunge pool around 100 meters below.
If you are lucky and if it is the morning, you can also see macaque monkeys that live in their natural habitat. It is possible to continue the trek down to the bottom of the waterfall taking a number of stone steps. The visit can also be continued by taking a loop following the wadi course. The typical Moroccan lunch, a delicious tajine, can be taken in a restaurant in the shade of the olive trees.
