Itinerary

Stop At: Molen De Adriaan Museum, Papentorenvest 1a, 2011 AV, Haarlem The Netherlands
First stop on the tour is at Haarlem’s most famous windmill De Adriaan in the middle of the city centre. Frome the side of the Spaarne river we tell you about the history of the windmill over time.
Duration: 30 minutes
Stop At: Sint-Bavokerk (Church of St. Bavo), Grote Markt 22, 2011 RD Haarlem The Netherlands
Short walk towards the big city square and walk around the impressive St Bavo Kerk.
This church is Haarlem’s greatest eye catcher. It dates from 1370 and the pointy tower is seen from miles away and never fails to impress from every possible angle.

Stop At: Bloemendaal, Bloemendaal, North Holland Province
We will drive through the hilly suburbs of Bloemendaal towards Kopje van Bloemendaal, the highest peak of a sand dune (43 meters high) where we can enjoy a scenic view over the city of Haarlem and the dunes.

Stop At: Spaarndam, Spaarndam, North Holland Province
Last stop on the tour is the village of Spaarndam which is build on dike which prevents the area from high water levels.
On this dike we take a break at the local bar and we stop by the statue of The Hero Of Haarlem and where our guide tells you the story about Hans Brinker and how he saved Holland.
