Take your vouchers to one of our ticket offices in Volendam or Marken. You can find them in the harbours next to our boats.
Our Dock Captain will exchange them for boat tickets and bring you to our captain. We depart every 30 – 45 minutes. A one way trip takes 30 minutes. When we sailed you to Volendam or Marken, you can visit the town and take one of our boats back or use other forms of transport.
