Stop At: Karangahake Gorge Historic Walkway, State Highway 2, Waihi New Zealand
Our first stop is at Karangahake gorge for an epic 1hr walk with awesome photo opportunities and a chance to see what mining might have looked like back in the day.

After stopping for some lunch we head onward to the incredible Cormandel peninsula which has to be seen to be believed.

Hot water beach is our next stop… natural hotpools on a beach!!! Yes you read that right, naturally heated mineral water bubbles up from beneath us. We will provide the shovels and you can dig your very own hot tub on the beach and watch the waves of the pacific ocean break right in front of you
