What to Expect When Visiting Puerto Princesa, MIMAROPA, Philippines
Chef Grace will introduce you to Asian cuisine with expert attention to detail. She’ll describe the ingredients – some of them grown right outside our kitchen or on our own farm – and the cultural background of each recipe. Then she’ll walk you through each recipe, step-by-step, to ensure you sit down to a restaurant-quality meal that you’ve prepared yourself.
After a welcome drink and introductions, you’ll start cooking. You have help from our support staff, who will deal with some of the more time-consuming ingredients prep, but this is very much a hand-on class, and you’ll be shown how to do everything from scratch.
As you complete each dish, you’ll be able to sit down in the kitchen and enjoy the food you’ve prepared!
Because we only work in small groups, you’ll have Chef’s full attention. You can ask questions or get assistance as required.
Afterwards, you’ll be presented with your certificate of completion and a set of recipe cards, so that you can reproduce at home the meals you’ve cooked in class.
