I will show you my favourite places on the Western Plateau, in the endemic laurel forest of Madeira, which is part of the UNESCO world heritage since 1999. You will learn about the endemic plants, their conservation and enemies. Our private tours allow you to escape to the authentic, to discover the real Madeira and to have safe holidays in an environmentally conscious way. You will see not only the hidden gems and visit unspoiled nature, but also experience Madeira free from overtourism and off the beaten path with insider information.

Starting with the whale hunting going down all the way to recent times when the coastal road was built, how it changed everyday life. I will tell you all of these little secrets and show you at the same time the waterfalls, lava pools, rock formations, best beaches. If you want, you can even go for a swim, so remember to take your gear with you.

I will take you to my favourite levada walk so that you can discover the levadas, the famous irrigation water channels and hidden treasures of Madeira. You can recharge your batteries in the unspoiled laurel forests off the beaten path. These experiences being our priorities, we created our private nordic walking tours and personalised levada & nature walks. This is the way we like to spend our holidays, so we offer the same to you.
