Public housing estates is where more than 80% of the population live in Singapore. In this tour, we will visit three different types of public housing estates in Singapore and learn the role it plays in SIngapore’s secret to multiculturalism :

1) Everton
We will visit Everton estate for the first stop. This is one of the earliest types of public housing. We will stop at a local cafe to try Singaporean coffee/tea. We will also visit some traditional stores.

2) Cantonment
We will check out the Cantonment Estate, explore the architecture philosophy and how public housing evolved through the years.

3) Pinnacle
The last stop is one of the latest public housing project, Pinnacle@Duxton. Explore the transformation of the role of public housing in Singapore. Optional : We will go up 50th storey and take in the amazing evening skyline view of the city ($6 fee not inclusive)

Along the way, we will visit the local market, community club and playground.
