• Ngo Hiang – Ngoh Hiang is the Singaporean version of five-spice minced meat rolls wrapped with beancurd skin.
• Laksa – Laksa (Peranakan cuisine) consists of rice vermicelli with prawn or fish, served in spicy soup based on rich and spicy curry coconut milk broth.
• Kueh Dadar – Rolled crepe flavored with pandan juice and filled with grated coconut steeped in gula melaka (palm sugar)
