A guided game drive leads you through captivating landscapes, allowing you to encounter the 'Big Five' up close in the safety of a closed vehicle.

During your tour, we pause at the main camp to visit the curio shop and information centre. You'll also enjoy a stop at a picnic site, where you can relish a South African picnic in nature.

Your experienced guide provides invaluable insights into the reserve's remarkable flora and fauna, deepening your appreciation of the area's biodiversity and ongoing conservation efforts. The adventure concludes with a late afternoon drop-off.

We will serve the guests a picnic in the Addo Park consisting of a traditional South African “Braai” - 3 meats, salads, Rooster Brood (bread cooked on the open fire) and White Wine, Beer, Tea / Coffee, Fruit Juice and Mineral Water.

Our experienced and enthusiastic Guide will do his best to locate as much of the game available in the area during your drive. As the game drive covers all time periods of the day you should have the opportunity to see most game species. The We will stop at lunch time when we serve a delicious South African “braai”. After lunch we continue with the game drive. We will leave the park at 17h00 and return to the Port of Port Elizabeth. Refreshments will be served throughout the drive.

After lunch we continue with the safari.

Addo Elephant National Park is the third largest park in South Africa with a population of over 600 African Elephants that are known to be the most docile and relaxed of all Elephants in National Parks across South Africa often allowing for close viewing opportunities of Africa’s gentle giant.  Addo offers a spectacular wildlife experience with a multitude of biomes, birdlife, antelope and the BIG 5 to delight. At Addo, you can also be on the lookout for Buffalo, Lions, Spotted Hyena and Black Rhino among the many species of birds, antelope, Zebra and Warthog.

We will have a picnic brunch in the Addo Park consisting of Cold Meats, Cheeses, Pickles, Salad and Freshly Baked Bread Rolls. Tea / Coffee/ Fruit Juice / Mineral Water

We will enter the Addo Park at 08h30. The first few hours are usually good to see antelope, zebra, and lion. At around 11h00 we will have a delicious picnic brunch. Usually we have good sightings of elephant herds and buffalo after 11h00 nearer the waterholes. We will exit the Addo Park around 13h30 and return back to your hotel / guest house.

Refreshments available throughout the drive.
