Itinerary
Day 1: Durban to Phezulu Culture Centre
Stop At: Phezulu Safari Park, Old Main Road, Durban 3660 South Africa
Our tour first takes us to the Phezulu Cultural Center. Explore the traditional culture of the Zulu people on this tour. Visit the cultural village to learn about the local zulu culture. Get introduced to Zulu traditions such as Sangomas and assegaai-wielding warriors, and see demonstrations of spear making and dancing.

Stop At: Hluhluwe – iMfolozi Park Wilderness Area, Hluhluwe Game Reserve South Africa
At around 2:00pm we leave the Zulu Cultural Village and set off to Hluhluwe Umfolozi Game Reserve arriving at around 4:30pm.
On arrival we go for a late afternoon game drive which is really a good time as most of the animals visit the water sources at this time. This is an excellent opportunity to start to see some of Africa’s famous ‘Big Five’ animals. Watch for the various type of wildlife including lions, elephants, rhino, leopards and buffalo and many other animals.

Day 2: Early Morning Game Drive – Hluhluwe Game Reserve – Durban
Stop At: Hluhluwe Game Reserve, Hluhluwe Game Reserve, KwaZulu-Natal
6:00am – Early morning game drive
An early start allows us to make the most of the day, which shall begin with the bright African sunrise. Animals can also be more easily spotted in early morning drives. We will serve you with the morning cup of coffee and some biscuits to get you going. After a few hours of game viewing, we will stop along the way for breakfast. We continue with our game drives ubtil lunchtime when we have our lunch at the game reserve. After lunch we continue to do game drives. We eventually depart from Hluhluwe Game Reserve at around 2:30pm and start to head back to Durban for drop offs at the airport and various hotels. By this time you will be having a full assortment of animals in your camera and all the Zulu traditional photos from the previous day’s activities. These are everlasting memories.
