Our wine tour will take us through the major wine producing areas of Stellenbosch. Experience the raw natural beauty, exquisite blends and award winning cuisine at the estates along these routes.
This will be a full day tour from 09:30 till 17:30. Transport, wine tour guide and 2 normal tasting fees & 1 cheese/food & wine pairing included. Lunch will be on your own account. Our route is flexible (quiet small estates during Covid-19) We love smaller boutique off the beaten track estate and try to avoid the crowds!
Max number of 8 guests with open ventilated windows & outside tasting as far as possible during Covid-19 virus period.
A private tour is recommend for complete safety during the virus

Stop At: Rustenberg Wines, Rustenburg Rd, Ida’s Valley, Stellenbosch 7600 South Africa
Cape Dutch style architecture, great wines to taste from white, rose and red, walk the gardens and explore the scenery of history.
Duration: 1 hour
Stop At: Deux Frères Wines, R44 Klapmuts Road, Stellenbosch, 7599, South Africa
Cheese & wine pairing tasting. This is only from Mon – Sat tours.
Alternative cheese will be arranged if we know this is important to clients. This is not on every tour but if it fits the route.
Duration: 1 hour
Stop At: Tokara Delicatessen, Helshoogte Rd, Stellenbosch, 7600, South Africa
Lunch on the beautiful Helshoogte pass at Tokara Deli.
Light lunch on own account. We will book the lunch and leave clients for 1 hour 30 min for lunch. We will book elsewhere if they are full / if it does not fit the route.

Stop At: Thelema Mountain Vineyards, Helshoogte Pass, Stellenbosch South Africa
End the day walking to Thelema vineyards close by, walk through the vines to take breathtaking pictures and to learn more from your guide.

Alternatively Bartinney Cellar is a 2nd option also off the beaten track with amazing views. Fynbos & wine pairing is possible on own account or they make amazing Gin also

We sometimes end at this icon wine estate. One of the oldest in Stellenbosch wine Cape Dutch style architecture and made one of the first Pinotage’s in SA. Selection of white, rose and red wines. Chocolate & wine pairing is available on own account for those who like to end the day on a sweet note!
