This morning you head off toward Somerset West, home of the Cheetah Outreach – a preservation centre for cheetahs & other predators, with education programs & animal encounters. Enjoy a tour of the facilities and get to know more about the mission and work of the centre before heading off to Stellenbosch for your first wine tasting of the day.
