Itinerary

Stop At: Stellenbosch, Stellenbosch, Western Cape
We start in the historical town of Stellenbosch is our first stop as we delve into the culture rich, foodie haven and vibrant streets. A cup of perfectly brewed local coffee will kick start your day, coupled with something sweet or savory before we head for the mountains.

Stop At: Tokara Wine Estate, R310, Stellenbosch 7599 South Africa
Tokara OR Delaire Graff Wine Estate: The top of Helshoogte mountain pass brings us to our first winery. Famous for their iconic blends and olive groves, this is a superlative first tasting. Both tasting rooms provide both a cool and warm atmosphere depending on the season, sit out on the balcony at Delaire Graff. On a clear day at Tokara you have unrivaled views over False Bay to Table Mountain

Stop At: Oldenburg Vineyards, Zevenrivieren Road Banghoek Valley, Stellenbosch 7600 South Africa
Oldenberg Mountain Vineyards: These breath-taking views set the tone for an unforgettable experience – with the focus on letting our guests understand the sense of place and connect truly with the wines. I struggle to believe there is a better setting to taste wine anywhere in the winelands.

Stop At: Vrede en Lust Winery, Intersection of R45 and Klapmuts Rds, Simondium, Franschhoek 7690 South Africa
Lunch then takes place at either the Boschendal Farm Deli Restaurant, Lust Bistro at the Vrede en Lust Wine Estate or the Greenhouse Garden Restaurant at Babylonstoren.

Stop At: Mitre’s Edge Wine Estate, R44 Stellenbosch, Klapmuts 7625 South Africa
The final wine tasting destination is at a boutique, family owned vineyard called Mitres Edge where we are able to host the tasting in their manor house or private underground wine cellar. She often hosts the tasting herself too!
