What to Expect When Visiting Stellenbosch, Western Cape, South Africa

Itinerary
We start off with a meet & greet followed by sight seeing in our bird nest viewing roof with full 360°, panoramic view of the western cape.
Then to a detailed cellar tour, explaining all the different equipment, how it all works and hopefully if you’re lucky, to see the workers in action ‘throwing grapes’ as they call it.
We also get to see an insight into Cathy’s mindset and ideology when viewing the cellar, she runs a very tight ship and her clean & sophisticated methods stand out in all of her wines.
Then after you’re nice and thirsty, onto the wine tasting! where we get to showcase our fabulous selection of Catherine Marshal Wines.
The total time for the experience varies from group to group. Generally runs between 1-2 hours but can go even longer if you’re having fun or shorter if you’re pressed for time.
