Learn how to cook Samgyetang which is an energizing healthy Korean chicken soup. Also, you can learn how to make fresh Kimchi that will go absolutely well with your Samgyetang. Moreover, you get the chance to learn how to play a Korean traditional board game! We have developed simple and easy recipes for you – but keeping the traditional taste as is – so that you can surely cook them again in your own home. Also, your instructor will provide recommendations on replacements for ingredients that you won’t be able to find in your home country.

Menu:
• Samgyetang (Ginseng Chicken Soup with Sticky Rice)
• Fresh Kimchi (The Easiest Kimchi Ever!)

At the end of class, we’ll go on an optional market tour to a local supermarket nearby so you can check out local ingredients and some packaged products that you can buy for yourself to practice once you get back home.
