I am the owner of a olive groves in the countryside. I will show you all the process about the olive oil, in Cordoba City. And you will learn a lot of things about Cordoba and non tourist life, and of course about the olive oil.
We will do a 10 stop to explain about organic groceries, one tradicional market, the street of tribute of the bread, the street of Olive Oil, the Club of Jewellers, the vinegar street, old advertisement in the wines from the Montilla-Moriles D.O. After, we will move to the area where in the past the majority of people was trader of species, focus in peppers.
You will taste 7 differents olive oils (differents varieties, and different Denomination of Origen, and after. We will do the Miller Breakfast.

You will taste 7 differents olive oils (differents varieties, and different Denomination of Origen, and after. We will do the Miller Breakfast.

First in our activity: We will meet in Corredera Square, under the clock of the food Market. We will visit the market and we will start our walk along the foodies spots around the neighborhood. We will learn more about the Iberico Ham, olive oil, vinegar, water, and flowers.

Second in our activity: We will go to the tasting room, Bag in Box, located in calle Diario de Córdoba.

We will start to taste 3 different varieties of olives to enjoy the diferencies.

After this we will taste 3 different coffees around the world. From something more smooth to more wake up coffee.

Them, we will taste the different olive oils from different varieties from Cordoba. I will explain you everything that you need to know to enjoy in your palate.

Therefore, you will be ready to have a breakfast in Traditional Miller Breakfast, that we called in Spain Desayuno Molinero (from the Mill) style, and we will explain you what we are doing.
Traditional Miller breakfast is and ancient style from the worker of olive oil and the olive to make a kit kat during the time that are doing their jobs.
