Itinerary

Stop At: Camino Pájara, Cam. Pájara, 35628, Las Palmas, Spain

Take part in a culinary journey in the south of Fuerteventura. In small groups we show you the island’s insiders.
At your first host, you will learn more about the prickly pear and taste the cactus juice. The in-house mojo sauces and jams are a real treat.

The second farm is about olive oil production. Your host will show you around and explain more about the olives and their own small-scale production. You will taste the oil and learn about local customs. If you are interested, you can purchase the products directly on site.

At your third station you will learn everything about goat cheese. The family has dedicated itself to this ancient tradition for several generations. You will also check out the Majorero goat and go visit it in the pasture. Then you will taste the cheese, which has already won international awards. This tastes particularly good with the special Pella de Gofio bread.
